Registration fees include welcome registration on Wednesday evening, luches/coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday, gala dinner on Thursday evening, all conference material (delegate bag, proceedings on USB stick, pens, etc), and online proceedings publication in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (for this to be applicable, remember to submit a 6 pages paper!). PhD students will also be given training in poster making via an on-line course by Visualize your Science including personal feed-back at the meeting.
